Case study: Personal injury
We pursued a personal injury claim on behalf of a photographer who had been assaulted by a lead singer of an international rock band. We successfully negotiated an out of Court settlement on behalf of our Client whereby he received damages both for the injuries he sustained due to the assault and for the damage caused to his equipment.
Case study: Claim against Health Trust
We were instructed to act for a Client who had been wrongly diagnosed as HIV positive for six years and wanted to pursue a claim against his Health Trust. Proceedings were issued but ultimately an out-of-court settlement was reached. Our client received a substantial six-figure payout plus legal costs without having to suffer the stress of a Trial.
