You may be able to get legal aid for criminal defence representation, and in this instance our solicitors at Lloyd Rehman & Co would be available to take on your case. Legal aid is partly means tested and partly assessed on the likelihood of the accused, if found guilty, being imprisoned.
Family Law

We encourage our clients to submit to mediation where possible in order to reach mutually satisfactory agreements about divorce settlements and custody arrangements. Where this is not possible we will move your case forward to the courts.
