Making wills

It's not something anyone likes to think about, but it's vital you put your affairs in order to provide for your loved ones in the event of your death. If you're over 18 and you own property, shares or other assets, talk to Lloyd Rehman & Co about making a will.

Administration and probate

We will complete the numerous steps that need to be taken as quickly as possible at what is a difficult time for many people. The first thing we will do is ascertain whether the deceased left a will. If so, we'll ensure it's the most recent version and trace all beneficiaries. We'll determine how much is owed to and by the Estate and calculate taxes and probate fees, and then complete all the necessary paperwork and accounts to distribute the Estate in the manner intended by the deceased.

Contesting wills
